We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing Product Team! You will be involved throughout our product development process – from discovery and conceptualization, to design and delivery. You'll have the opportunity to drive design for our IT Experience Management Platform, which is used by IT teams in companies the likes of PepsiCo, Campari, Siemens Healthineers, and more to improve the IT experiences of their employees everyday.

This role demands a blend of strong visual design and data visualization skills, as well as strategic thinking, so that you can pay attention to fine design details while also understanding the big picture. You will need to develop a deep understanding of how our product works, as well as the complex problems faced by our customers.

Day-to-day, you will work closely with product management and engineering teams to design intuitive and visually-appealing user interfaces for our product features, driving the design process from concepts to pixel-perfect designs for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product management, product strategy, and engineering to frame complex problem spaces and define design requirements
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that offer excellent user experience, are visually-appealing, and feasible for implementation
  • Collaborate with other designers to ensure a high standard in the team’s design deliverables, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users
  • Contribute to UX copywriting to maintain our product’s strength in making complex data analytics simple and intuitive for both technical and non-technical users
  • Effectively communicate design solutions, and drive the design process through multiple iterations and rounds of feedback
  • Collaborate with developers to support smooth implementation and iterate where needed
  • Ensure design consistency and brand alignment throughout our product

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience designing for B2B digital products. Previous experience with data analytics or employee experience management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong UI/UX design, data visualization, and UX copywriting skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, analyze complex problems and deliver solutions that balance customer needs and business objectives
  • Confidence working with and presenting to product management, engineering, and senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Organized ways of working and able to manage priorities effectively
  • Proactive, hands-on, with a “get things done” mindset

Why join us

  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with cross-functional teams where your input is valued and your ideas can shape our product's future
  • Growth: opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • Culture: work in a collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and creativity.
  • Flexibility: enjoy a role that offers occasional travel and a chance to work with diverse teams.
